We are not liable for any account suspensions, bans, hardware IDs (HWID) bans, data loss, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use our software.

3. No Warranties

The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the software's performance, stability, or undetected status. While we strive for maximum security, we do not guarantee that the software will remain undetected at all times or that it will be error-free.

4. User Responsibility & Indemnification

You are solely responsible for your account's security and any actions performed while using the software. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TOS, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your violation of these terms or your use of the service.

5. License Usage

Licenses are non-transferable and are tied to a single Hardware ID (HWID). Attempting to share your license, reverse-engineer the software, or distribute it without authorization will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.

6. Zero Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to software detection, account bans, or personal dissatisfaction.
