If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our services and must cease all use immediately. 2. Absolute Limitation of Liability
TOS provides software intended for educational, research, and private entertainment purposes only. We assume ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY for any actions taken by our users. Use of this software may violate the Terms of Service of third-party games or platforms. You acknowledge that you use this software at your own exclusive risk. We are not liable for any account suspensions, permanent bans, hardware IDs (HWID) bans, data loss, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use our software. You explicitly waive any right to claim damages from TOS developers or affiliates.
3. No Warranties & Undetected Status
The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the software's performance, stability, or undetected status. While we strive for maximum security, we do not guarantee that the software will remain undetected at all times. Anti-cheat systems are constantly evolving, and by using this software, you accept the inherent risk of detection at any moment.
4. User Responsibility & Indemnification
You are solely responsible for your account's security and any actions performed while using the software. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TOS, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, resulting from your violation of these terms, your use of the service, or any game-specific penalties you may incur.
5. License Usage & Restrictions
Licenses are non-transferable and are tied to a single Hardware ID (HWID). Attempting to share your license, reverse-engineer the software, distribute it without authorization, or perform any form of malicious analysis will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund and a permanent ban from our services.
6. Strict Zero Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the volatility of the industry, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to software detection, account bans, hardware bans, software downtime, or personal dissatisfaction with the product features.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and secure our services. This includes your Discord ID for authentication and your Hardware ID (HWID) to prevent license sharing. We do not collect or store any personal sensitive information such as your real name, address, or financial details beyond what is required for payment processing via third-party providers.
Data Usage & Protection
Your data is used strictly for service delivery, license management, and anti-fraud purposes. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. We implement robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Agreement of Responsibility
By continuing to use our website or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in their entirety. You accept that you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the software.
